Our position

We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking in our business and in the recruitment we facilitate.

Risk in international recruitment

Candidates recruited from overseas can be vulnerable to illegal fees, debt bondage, document retention and misrepresentation of the role. Our controls are built around those specific risks.

Candidates are never charged for work-finding services
Employers are verified before vacancies are published
Vacancies are reviewed for accuracy before publication
Candidates can report a vacancy or an approach without an account
We do not request or hold identity documents at registration

Reporting

If you are asked to pay for a job, or asked to hand over your passport, tell us. We investigate every report and will remove employers and vacancies where concerns are substantiated.
