Connecting global talent with UK opportunities

UK vacancies, with the sponsorship position stated plainly

We label every vacancy according to what the employer's own advert says — not what we would like it to say. Four labels, no guesswork, and the evidence behind each one shown on the page.

Vacancies listed
4
Sponsorship confirmed in the advert
3
Licensed sponsor, confirm with employer
11
May suit Graduate visa holders

What the labels mean

Four labels. That is the whole vocabulary.

Most job boards reduce this to a yes or a no. That collapses two very different situations into one, and candidates spend money and hope on the difference.

Sponsorship Confirmed

The employer’s own advert states that sponsorship is available for this role.

Licensed Sponsor – Confirm with Employer

This employer appears on the official sponsor register, but this advert does not say whether sponsorship is offered for this role. Ask the employer before you apply.

No Sponsorship Offered

The advert states that sponsorship is not available for this role.

Sponsorship Status Not Confirmed

We do not have enough information about sponsorship for this role. Check directly with the employer.

Sponsorship information is based on the employer’s published vacancy at the time of verification. Inclusion on the UK sponsor register does not guarantee sponsorship for a particular role. Candidates must confirm their eligibility and sponsorship availability directly with the employer.

How it works

For candidates

1. Register

Name, contact details, professional background and the broad category of your right to work. We do not ask for your passport or visa documents at this stage.

2. Search

Filter by sponsorship label, industry, salary, location and working pattern. Save searches and set alerts.

3. Apply

Apply through the employer's own advert, or through us where we are handling the vacancy. Free, always.

4. Confirm

Confirm sponsorship availability and your own eligibility directly with the employer before you commit time or money.

We never charge candidates for job matching, applications or placement. Career services are optional, separately priced, and buying one gives you no preferential access to vacancies.

For employers

Reach candidates who already understand the process

Post a vacancy, tell us plainly whether sponsorship is available for it, and we label it accordingly. Every vacancy is reviewed by our team before it goes live.

What we verify before a vacancy is published

  • That the organisation exists and the contact works there
  • Whether the organisation appears on the published sponsor register
  • What the advert itself says about sponsorship, word for word
  • That the salary and role details are internally consistent

We check the register. We do not issue licences, Certificates of Sponsorship or visas, and we never imply that we do.

Job alerts

Be told when something matching turns up

Choose the alerts you want. Each one is separate, and none of them is a condition of registering.
