For candidates

Search UK roles without guessing at the sponsorship position

Registering is free. Applying is free. Placement is free. We are paid by employers, and that arrangement is the reason we can tell you plainly when a vacancy is not sponsored.

What we ask for, and what we don’t

At registration we ask for your name, contact details, professional background, and the broad category of your right to work in the UK — for example “Graduate visa” with the month and year it expires.

  • No passport number
  • No biometric residence permit or share code
  • No visa document uploads
  • No immigration documents of any kind at registration
Documents are only requested later, securely, and only where a genuine recruitment process requires them. If anyone claiming to be from TalentSponsor asks for immigration documents when you first sign up, it is not us.

Your status is private

Your candidate status, contact details and CV are visible to you and to authorised TalentSponsor staff. An employer sees them only after you apply to their vacancy, or after you have explicitly granted permission to share your CV with them.

That restriction is enforced in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface.

What we cannot do

  • We cannot issue a visa or a Certificate of Sponsorship
  • We cannot guarantee employment, sponsorship or an interview
  • We cannot give you regulated immigration advice — that comes from appropriately authorised professionals
  • We cannot tell you whether you personally qualify for a route; only the employer and your adviser can work that through with you
