These terms apply when you register as a candidate and use our services.

What we do
We are an employment agency and employment business providing recruitment and job-discovery services. We introduce candidates to employers.
What we do not do
- We do not issue visas or Certificates of Sponsorship
- We do not guarantee employment, sponsorship, a Certificate of Sponsorship or a visa
- We do not provide immigration advice; regulated advice comes from appropriately authorised professionals
- We do not make hiring decisions; employers do
Fees
Job search, applications, matching and placement are free to candidates. Career services are optional, priced separately, and buying one gives you no preferential access to vacancies.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about your experience and work status
- Keep your profile up to date
- Tell us promptly if your circumstances change
- Do not upload documents belonging to someone else
Vacancy information
Vacancy details, including sponsorship labels, reflect the employer’s published advert at the time we verified it. Confirm details directly with the employer before applying.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend an account where these terms are breached.
