How a vacancy gets published
You submit the vacancy through your dashboard and tell us plainly whether sponsorship is available for this specific role. Our team reviews it before it goes live — no vacancy publishes itself.

- We record what the advert says about sponsorship, and the label follows from that
- Editing a live vacancy sends it back for a short review
Candidate data
You see a candidate’s full details when they apply to your vacancy, or when they have explicitly granted you permission to view their CV. Not before.
This is not a searchable database of people. It is a recruitment service with a consent model behind it.
Logos and job descriptions
We display your logo only once written permission is on file, and we write our own short summary of each vacancy rather than reproducing your description text, unless you have told us we may.
